3. EXTENDED USAGE LICENSING

(for commercial or promotional use beyond organic social media)

  • tour poster / event promotion – from €120

  • press / EPK / website banner – from €150

  • album / single cover – from €250

  • merchandise (limited run) – from €200

  • commercial advertising campaign – from €400

4. HOW IT WORKS
 

  • the performance is photographed during the event

  • a curated preview gallery is delivered within 24–72 hours

  • the band selects images based on the chosen package

  • an invoice is issued according to selected images and licensing

  • final high-resolution files are delivered after payment confirmation

5. DELIVERY & FILES
 

  • high-resolution JPEG format

  • web-optimized versions included

  • RAW files are not provided

  • payment required before final file delivery

6. IMAGE USAGE TERMS
 

  • images may not be re-edited, filtered or modified without written permission

  • images may not be transferred, resold or licensed to third parties without written consent

  • photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images

  • photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website and self-promotion

7. PAYMENT TERMS
 

  • all sales are final

  • payments are non-refundable once final files are delivered

  • prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable)
